Already have print-ready artwork?

If you already have print-ready artwork and require quality prints to aluminum, acrylic or PVC, simply indicate your requirments on the quote form or call our office for assistance; Artwork guidelines are available below.

Artwork Setup

1.  Ensure that your files are raster images and are at least 300 dpi.
see: Instructions for Print-Ready Artwork (pdf)

2.  Unless printing to AGE (3/8" acrylic), your artboard size should be the same size as your print.

3.  Make sure all important graphics are at least 1/4’’ away from the edges of the artboard

What type of file should I upload?

We process all common image formats. Your graphic design program will produce these formats. These include JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, etc. Our preferred image type is JPEG, which produces excellent print results! We do not accept PDF, AI, DWG or any other vector documents.

Quality Check!

All image files must be high resolution, 300 dpi, for best print results.

How large of a file can I upload?

You can upload files up to 50 MB in size. Should your images be larger than 50 MB, the best place to start would be checking that they are saved in JPEG format (TIFF's generally produce larger file sizes, at no real advantage for print quality). If you need further assistance with file sizing, please contact us for details.

Use an artboard that is the same size as your chosen plaque size.

Make sure all important graphics are at least 1/4’’ away from the edges of the artboard.

Leave room for drill holes and decorative caps. Do not place important graphics in this area. The center point of drill holes are placed 5/8’’ away from all edges.

The AGE plaque features a 1’’ (minimum) clear area around all sides. Your artwork must fit the print area only. Example: if your plaque size is 11‘’ x 17’’, your artwork must be a maximum of 15’’ x 9’’. See example below.

The AGE Plaque can be made to any size. If you would like a larger clear glass perimeter, please specify in the comments and make sure that  your artwork fits the print area accordingly.

Use an artboard that is the same size as your chosen casement.

Make sure all important graphics are at least 1/2’’ away from the edges of the artboard.
